On July 2, 2025, I had an English lesson scheduled at 8:30 AM on Cambly. Normally, students can join the lesson within the first 10 minutes. However, my tutor Parker Ash suggested rescheduling the class for tomorrow at the same time. I accidentally accepted this reschedule request but realized shortly after that I actually wanted to keep today’s lesson. I attempted to cancel the reschedule and revert the lesson to today, but Cambly did not allow me to join the session.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced such confusion and technical limitations on Cambly’s platform. Previously, I also faced issues with rescheduled lessons and system glitches preventing class access.
This situation has caused me frustration and disrupted my learning routine. I kindly request the restoration of today’s lesson or an equivalent compensation to cover the missed class.
