Calvin Klein Euphoria I Bought from Rossmann Has No Scent and No Serial Number

I live in Turkey and last week I bought three bottles of Calvin Klein Euphoria Women from Rossmann Wroclawska 47A 63604 Baranow Kepno on February 20, 2025. The scent does not last at all, and neither the box nor the glass bottle has a serial number. This has put me in a difficult situation because two of the bottles were meant as gifts, and I do not know what to tell the recipients. I expected an authentic and high-quality product, but this experience has left me questioning its originality. I request compensation for this issue and await an urgent response.
