I picked up a Calvin Klein perfume from a Gratis store on 02.10.2024, a scent I’ve loved for years, but right away I could tell something was off, the packaging looked different, and the product didn’t feel authentic at all. So, I went to return it the next morning, and they refused to take it back. This is outrageous for a major chain to be selling what looks like fake products and then refuse to take returns. I really hope this issue gets sorted out quickly. If that's the case, I'll do whatever it takes to safeguard my rights. A store like Gratis really shouldn't be peddling knockoffs while pretending they're the real deal.
