On August 3, 2025, I purchased a Bombshell perfume from the Victoria’s Secret store at Ankara Next Level Mall. I used the perfume three times, and each time I experienced the same issue — the scent completely disappeared within just 5 seconds after spraying 3–4 times. The perfume has no lasting fragrance at all, which was extremely disappointing, especially considering I bought it with confidence and paid a high price of ₺7,125.00. I’ve even started to question the authenticity of the product.
When I purchased the perfume, I was not informed about any return or exchange policy. I haven’t yet contacted the store, but I want this issue resolved. Since the perfume has no longevity whatsoever, I am requesting a full refund.
I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
