Calvin Klein Bag Peels After One Week

Can you believe it? The Calvin Klein bag I bought from the Pendik branch started peeling off its paint within a week, changing from pink to black. When the problem was brought up, they blamed it on my outfit. It's surprising that despite being a large store, you're blaming me for this situation. Dealing with such a situation can be quite disheartening. I kindly request that Calvin Klein either replace the bag with a new one or provide a refund, please.
