Calvin Klein Bag Worn Out in Less Than 2 Months – Metal Fading Issue Ignored

I purchased a Calvin Klein bag on July 3, 2024, and within less than two months of use, the metal parts began to fade and turn pink. On September 1, 2024, I went to the store to file a complaint, and they sent it for inspection. However, the response I received was unsatisfactory. For such an expensive product to show signs of wear so quickly is unacceptable. I’m disappointed by both the poor product quality and the negative outcome of my complaint. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expect Calvin Klein to address this issue and offer a fair resolution.
