BYD Atto3 Service Not Responding - No Update On Parts For Months

Three business days ago, I called the BYD Volt Izmir Gaziemir service center several times to inquire about my BYD Atto3 vehicle. During each call, the receptionist transferred me to the relevant department, but no one ever answered the line, and I received no response. Despite repeated attempts, the situation did not change. Furthermore, although my case was opened three months ago, no one contacted me to inform me that the parts had arrived until I called myself. This shows a serious breakdown in both communication and process management. I expect a resolution to the issues I am experiencing with my vehicle and an urgent response from the service representatives. I request that this communication problem be resolved and that I be informed as soon as possible.
