I joined Bybit TR and participated in their new member $100 promotion, which promised rewards in stages: $20 for completing identity verification, $20 for making a deposit, $20 for completing $100 worth of trades, and $40 for completing $10,000 worth of trades. I carefully followed the instructions and completed all the required tasks within the given time frame.
However, my account was only credited with the $20 deposit reward and the $20 identity verification reward. The remaining $20 and $40 bonuses were never added to my balance, even though I successfully completed both the $100 and $10,000 trading requirements. I double-checked the campaign rules and confirmed that I met every condition.
I request that Bybit TR immediately review my account activity, verify my completed tasks, and credit the missing $60 in rewards. Customers should receive the full promotional benefits as advertised when they fulfill all requirements.
