On 28 November 2025, I participated in Bybit’s Daily Treasure Hunt campaign with my account registered in Sri Lanka and was expecting to receive a reward of 100 points. Despite completing the campaign requirements, the 100 points were not credited to my account. When I contacted Bybit support about the missing reward, I was informed that, due to an alleged violation of the Reward Terms of Use, I was denied the rewards for the Lucky Draw campaign and my account was restricted from participating in this campaign. The message also stated that Bybit reserves the right not to disclose further details about the specific violation and that the decision is final, with no further appeals considered. I do not accept being labeled as having violated the rules without any clear, concrete explanation or evidence. I request that Bybit provide a detailed clarification of what exact action on my account is considered a violation and under which clause of the Reward Terms of Use this falls. If no legitimate violation can be clearly demonstrated, I expect my 100 points from the Daily Treasure Hunt to be credited as promised and my participation rights in the campaign to be fully restored.
