I uploaded all the required documents. The email I received stated the process could take up to five business days, while live support told me it would be completed within 48 hours. It has now been 24 hours, yet no funds have been credited to my account and I have not received any concrete information about the status.
This situation is making me very uneasy, and the lack of transparency in the process is causing me hardship. If the transaction is being declined due to risk, I request that the deposited funds be returned to the sending bank account or that the process be completed without further delay.
