Bybit Held My Deposit Under Risk Control—24 Hours Later Still No Funds
On November 14, 2025, I deposited 100,000 TL into my Bybit TR account via bank transfer. However, the amount was held under risk control and I was asked to submit several documents. I uploaded all the required documents. The email I received stated the process could take up to five business days, while live support told me it would be completed within 48 hours. It has now been 24 hours, yet no funds have been credited to my account and I have not received any concrete information about the status.
This situation is making me very uneasy, and the lack of transparency in the process is causing me hardship. If the transaction is being declined due to risk, I request that the deposited funds be returned to the sending bank account or that the process be completed without further delay.
