Bybit Deposit Reward Not Credited For New User Campaign - Review Request

I am a new Bybit user and recently participated in the “New users exclusive: Deposit & claim $20 back” campaign. On 28 November 2025, I deposited $110 into my account, clearly above the stated minimum requirement of $100 for this promotion. Despite meeting this deposit requirement, the $20 reward has not been credited to my account. When I contacted Bybit customer support about the missing reward, I was informed that the reward status had been revoked because the system had detected a violation of the campaign rules and regulations and that my account had triggered the platform’s risk control mechanisms after a review. I strongly disagree with this assessment, as I followed all the rules of the campaign, used only my own account, and deposited real funds. I did not engage in any suspicious activity, self-trading, or abuse of the promotion. I kindly request that Bybit conduct a detailed and transparent review of my case and provide a clear explanation of what specific rule I am alleged to have violated. If no concrete violation can be demonstrated, I expect the $20 campaign reward to be credited to my account as originally promised.
