Bybit KYC Verification Completed but Reward Not Credited

Today I successfully completed the KYC verification process on the Bybit TR platform, providing all my personal details, including my home address. I completed this process specifically to receive the KYC verification reward that was advertised.

However, despite completing the verification without any issues, no reward was credited to my account. There has been no balance update or notification about the reward, and I did not receive any error messages or explanations on the platform.

I also attempted to contact Bybit TR customer support, but was unable to reach anyone for assistance. The campaign terms clearly stated that the reward would be granted upon successful verification.

I am requesting that my KYC verification reward be credited to my account immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
