ByBit Restricted My Account Without Any Reason
Bybit suddenly restricted my account and froze my entire balance of 2,700 USDT on 25/08/2026 without providing any clear or detailed explanation. In my funding account, the USDT balance is shown as “Under Review” with an “Abnormal Asset Origin” warning, although I have not been informed of any specific transaction or rule violation. Since then, I have contacted Bybit support more than 15 times through their channels. Every time I only received the same standard response that they do not have access to the reason for the restriction and that I should wait and be patient. Despite the compliance ticket showing as “Ongoing” for weeks, no concrete progress has been made and no one has explained what is actually being investigated. It has now been 26 days and my funds are still frozen without a transparent justification, which is causing me serious concern and financial stress. I request the immediate unfreezing of my account, the return and withdrawal of my full 2,700 USDT balance, a clear written explanation of the exact reason for this restriction and investigation, and appropriate compensation for the long and unjustified blocking of my funds and the stress this has caused.
