Prolonged Blocking Of Funds by ByBit Without Any Explanation Of Reasons
I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Bybit account, where my funds have been blocked without any clear explanation. Since June 2, 2026, my account has been showing notifications that it is blocked due to “unusual activity” but Bybit has never specified what kind of activity this is or provided any details. As a result, I have been unable to access 1,622.00 USDT in my account. I am accessing Bybit from Spain and my account is fully KYC verified. Despite this, my funds remain frozen and I cannot use them. I have contacted Bybit support 5–6 times about this issue, but I only receive generic replies such as that they are busy or have a lot of work, without any concrete information or progress on my case. The support case numbers I have opened so far are 26501518, 26511341, 26517101, 26547327, 26562699, and 26567932. I find it unacceptable that such a large amount of money is blocked for this long with no clear reason given and no visible action being taken. I request that Bybit immediately unblock my account and restore full access to my 1,622.00 USDT, or at the very least start working on my case urgently and provide a detailed explanation of the alleged unusual activity and a clear timeline for resolution.
