Bybit Froze My Account Over A $21 Withdrawal

My Bybit account on the main exchange platform (bybit.com) has been restricted since 6 September 2026, right after I attempted to withdraw only 21 USDT. Following this, both withdrawals and trading on my account were blocked without any clear explanation. My Bybit UID is 212696003 and the compliance case ID given to me is W2026090537AEC6A00ED006CC48DF2A. I have contacted Bybit support multiple times via live chat and email. My latest support ticket number is 27439156. Each time, I receive the same generic response stating that my case is under review, no timeline can be provided, no documents are required from me, and that I simply need to wait. No one has explained what specifically triggered this review, what is being checked, or when I can reasonably expect a resolution. It has now been over a week since the restriction was imposed, and there has been no real update, progress, or meaningful answer from Bybit. This is my own money, and I am unable to access it, despite having completed many successful withdrawals from this same account in the past. Blocking the entire account over a 21 USDT transaction, with no explanation, no request for documents, and no deadline for completion of the review, is unacceptable to me. I request that Bybit urgently review my case W2026090537AEC6A00ED006CC48DF2A, remove the unjustified restrictions from my account UID 212696003, and either fully restore my ability to trade and withdraw or at least allow me to withdraw my existing funds. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for this review and a realistic timeline for resolving such cases going forward.
