Bybit Account Restricted and Funds Frozen, I Need Full Access Urgently
I am a Bybit user and my account with ID 10366231 has been suddenly and completely restricted. On July 10, 2026, without any prior warning, Bybit froze my entire account balance over a single routine transaction of 9 USDT via the TRC20 network. The amount involved is negligible, yet as a result my whole balance has been locked and I am unable to use any of the funds in my account. After this happened, I opened a support ticket with Bybit (ticket ID: W2026071011FD613D0E292F82CD344A). However, the only response I receive is a standard template stating that my account has been temporarily restricted as part of an internal review, that some functions will remain unavailable, that this does not necessarily indicate any wrongdoing on my part, and that they cannot provide further details at this stage. There is no specific explanation of what exactly is being reviewed, why my account has been blocked, or what I am expected to do. The most worrying part is that Bybit provides absolutely no timeline for resolving this situation. They do not say whether the restriction will last days, weeks, or even months. As a result, my funds are effectively frozen for an indefinite period. I cannot obtain any concrete information about the reason for the block, any required documents or actions from my side, or even a rough estimate of when this review might be concluded. It has already been more than a day since I opened the above ticket, and I still have not received any substantive reply beyond the same repetitive template. In this situation, I feel that Bybit is holding my entire balance hostage without a clear explanation, transparency, or a reasonable deadline for resolution. I request the immediate reactivation of my account, the lifting of all restrictions, and full access to my funds. In addition, I expect a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was blocked over a 9 USDT transaction, what was reviewed, and why no concrete information or timeline has been provided so far.
