I transferred money into my Bybit account expecting everything to go smoothly, but immediately afterward I was asked to verify my identity. That would’ve been fine—except no matter what I do, the system doesn’t accept my verification, and the support team has been completely unhelpful.
I’ve tried multiple times to get assistance, but there is no clear guidance, no proper follow-up, and no live support that actually resolves the issue. Meanwhile, my funds are just sitting there, inaccessible. This is completely unacceptable.
I’m extremely frustrated and feel completely stuck. I simply want access to my own money. If this situation isn’t resolved immediately, I will not hesitate to take legal action. Enough is enough—Bybit must take accountability and support its users properly.
