Bybit KYC Loop Blocking Access to Funds Despite NFC Attempts

I am facing a serious verification issue on Bybit. I first tried to complete KYC on a Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) without NFC and the system rejected it; I then retried on a device with NFC, but the process still failed. This problem has persisted for about 3 days. I contacted Bybit support via email, but my issue remains unresolved. Previously I verified my ID and used Google Authenticator, and all transactions worked fine. Now, however, my account’s withdrawals and trading are restricted, leaving ₺10,000 stuck in my balance with no ability to withdraw or trade.
