After completing KYC and depositing $100, the airdrop appeared in my account, but I never actually received the reward. When I contacted customer service, they stated that the reward hadn’t been credited to my account and that I would be informed via email. However, the email I received claims that the reward has been credited and that I should use it. This conflicting information is confusing and frustrating.
