On December 19, 2024, I transferred 3500₺ to the IBAN provided by Bybit for a cash deposit. I also submitted the payment receipt. I was told the amount would be credited to my account after midnight, but it didn’t happen. The next day, I was informed there had been an error and was asked to provide my IBAN for a refund.
It has now been five days, and there has been no refund or any update. Worse, there is no one to contact for assistance—no communication, no accountability. I am deeply frustrated by Bybit’s handling of this situation. I demand an immediate resolution and the prompt return of my money. Bybit has proven to be extremely unreliable.
