Buta Airways Damaged My Luggage and Refuses to Provide Replacement

I flew to Baku on October 7, 2023, with Buta Airways flight J20106 and found my suitcase completely damaged upon arrival. I reported the issue immediately at the luggage counter, and while they took note of it, no real help was provided. They simply told me to send an email. After emailing them, I was informed that they couldn’t replace my luggage due to "various reasons" and suggested I contact Sabiha Gökçen Airport. How am I supposed to handle this from Azerbaijan? My brand new suitcase is ruined, and I’ve been left with no solution or compensation. I’m extremely disappointed and unsure what to do next. I need proper assistance!
