Charged for Busuu Subscription I Never Used—Requesting Refund

I accidentally downloaded the Busuu app after clicking on an ad while trying to download something else. As soon as I received a subscription message, I immediately canceled it. Despite this, my account was charged ₺175 for a service I have never used or even intended to subscribe to.
This is completely unfair—why should I have to pay for an app I don’t use or want? Such practices feel like an exploitative way to make money. I demand a full refund of the ₺175 charged to my account. Busuu needs to address this issue and ensure customers are not unfairly charged in such situations. Please resolve this matter promptly.
