While downloading a Qibla app from Google Play, I accidentally clicked on an ad that led me to a Busuu subscription page. Without realizing it, I was suddenly signed up. I immediately canceled the subscription the very moment I saw what had happened—but despite taking action right away, ₺200 was still charged to my account.
This is completely unacceptable. I never intended to subscribe, never used the app, and acted instantly to cancel. Yet, Busuu still took my money for a service I neither wanted nor used.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺200 that was unfairly deducted. If this charge is not reversed, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue legal action with the public prosecutor.
Busuu, fix this now and stop taking advantage of users through deceptive ad practices.
