Busuu Charged Me Despite Immediate Cancellation – No Customer Support

I accidentally subscribed to Busuu without realizing it and never used the app even once. As soon as I noticed the subscription, I immediately canceled it via SMS. However, despite canceling it right away, I was still charged ₺200 on my bill.

When I called the phone number provided in the cancellation message, I received an error saying it was an invalid number. There is no proper customer support to resolve this issue, and I cannot reach anyone to process a refund.

I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized charge. Busuu, why are you charging users even after cancellation? This is unfair, and I expect a resolution as soon as possible!
