Missing Burger and Mix-up at Burger King

I ordered 2 Chicken Royales and 1 Whopper Junior meal at your Burger King Zafer location in Konya on September 3 at 13:22 (Order Number: 1033). When I got home, I saw that there was only one burger left. It seemed like the person who took my order left it out on purpose. I couldn't go back to the restaurant to get another burger, so I had to do without. Also, they gave me only 4 colas at first instead of the 6 I had asked for. I had to tell them again to finish my order. The people who worked there seemed to have no idea what they were doing and had no experience. It seemed like they left out the burger on purpose, which could be because it was part of a meal deal.
