Burger King Promised to Deliver Again for Incorrectly Delivered Whooper

Hello, I ordered 1 double whooper from your burger king order line on 28.07.2023 at 20:41. The order that came to me was not double but normal whooper. I called between 20:50 and 21:00 and stated that it was wrong. They told me to keep the product and that a new one would come. So I started to wait, 30 minutes passed, I called and they said it was being prepared and I am a thyroid patient and I had to take my medicine. 1 hour passed and they said it was being prepared. I called at 22:00. You know that the line does not work after 22:00. And I waited all night for the order to arrive, but it never came. And I had to eat the ice-cold burger that I kept for 3 hours. Now I ask, what is this? Who will compensate for this and how? You took my extra money and this is officially called deception. The branch did this on purpose.
