On May 3rd, I made a purchase on Trendyol and paid ₺20 for a king-size fries. Unfortunately, I was given regular fries instead. I reached out to Trendyol to request a refund for an order that was incorrect and incomplete. I made sure to provide them with photos of both my receipt and the item I received. Unfortunately, my refund request was consistently rejected. As someone who used to work at Burger King, I am deeply disturbed by this situation and want to express my discontent.
