We placed a menu order from Burger King, but what we received was completely wrong. The menu wasn’t prepared the way we selected at all. The drink that was supposed to be included never arrived. Most of the ingredients we specifically chose to be included in the burger were missing, and the sauces we selected weren’t added either.
To make things worse, no one informed us about any changes or missing items. We tried calling Burger King to sort it out, but the number provided wasn’t in service. There was no way to reach anyone, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.
On top of all that, the food was poorly made. The burger didn’t taste right, and the fries were completely undercooked and had zero salt. It felt like the order was thrown together with no care at all.
