Burger King Customer Service Complaint Over Bad Food Quality



Today, around 7:50 PM, I purchased fries from the Burger King branch located in Eryaman Neighborhood. I noticed that the portion size was smaller than it should have been and informed the staff about the issue. In response to my complaint, the staff member reacted rudely. The replacement fries they gave me were green in color and undercooked.
Receiving an incomplete portion, then being given low-quality and undercooked fries as a replacement, along with the disrespectful attitude of the staff, made me extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
For this negative experience, I request a formal apology and a refund of the amount I paid.

I do not think you have found an adequate solution. I request that the employees be given the necessary discipline and that they treat customers more kindly and politely. I request that my amount be compensated.

On 28.02.2026 I bought fries from the Eryaman Burger King branch, the product weight was insufficient and the fries served were green-colored, undercooked, and the staff's attitude was disrespectful. My complaint only received an apology message; no refund or solution was provided.
