Burger King Canceled Order Saying Adress Info Was Incomplete

On 20/08/2023, the order I placed at Burger King ® restaurant did not arrive even after the specified time. After 1 hour, I contacted the customer representative and my order was on its way. I was informed that the courier was told to deliver my order with priority. 10 minutes passed and I was informed that my order was canceled due to insufficient address. I constantly order from your app and my address was not insufficient until today, but was it insufficient in this order? I have ordered from this restaurant before and it was delivered. How is the address insufficient now?
