I went to Düzce Akçakoca Burger King at 18:00. We waited with the customer in front of me for minutes to place an order. The customer in front of me was also uncomfortable with this. While I was happy that I finally placed my order, I was told that we could not make a package while paying for my order. The family with children in front of me was asked "here or takeaway?" and I was told that our takeaway service has started and you can "come and get it." My order was canceled after the receipt was cut. While the cashier did not know what to do because he cut the receipt, the manager reacted and canceled my order. While I was standing there and about to perform the come-and-buy process, I saw customers who came after me and left with their packages in their hands.
