TikTok Unfairly Suspends Live Stream Gifting Feature for 30 Days
For about two to three days, the live stream gifting feature on my TikTok account has been unfairly restricted. The notifications I receive constantly state that there are repeated violations; however, even though there is absolutely nothing in my live streams that violates platform rules, my gifting feature has been suspended for 30 days and my live broadcasts have been restricted.
My account username is "Albay Nurullah". The violation notices do not provide a clear and explicit explanation of what the actual violation is, so I cannot understand what I supposedly did wrong. Even though I am careful to follow the rules while broadcasting, the system keeps sending the same violation warning and applying a gift restriction.
I demand that TikTok review my account in detail, lift this live stream gifting restriction which I believe was issued unfairly, and if there is a genuine violation, clearly inform me of what it is.
On TikTok, a restriction on receiving gifts during live streams was imposed on my account under the username “Albay Nurullah” as of today. A account restriction warning appears within the app, but the explanation provided is insufficient and does not clearly state the reason. I do not believe I have violated any rule, and yet this same type of restriction continues to be applied to me, which is causing me hardship. Because I cannot receive gifts from my viewers during live streams, both the content I put effort into is negatively affected and I am experiencing a loss of income. I request that the restriction preventing me from receiving gifts during live streams be reviewed and, if it was applied unfairly, removed immediately, and that, if necessary, a clear and understandable explanation be given to me.
