Burberry Watch Took on Water Twice Within Months of Purchase

I purchased a Burberry watch, and just one month later, it started taking on water. I returned it to the store, and they sent it in for warranty service. After two months, I finally received the repaired watch, but the very next day, it took on water again—this time from something as simple as washing my hands.

This recurring issue is unacceptable for a premium product. I am extremely disappointed and need immediate assistance from someone at Burberry who can resolve this. I’ve attached a photo of the watch for reference. I expect a prompt resolution, whether it’s a full replacement or a permanent fix. Customers deserve reliable quality and support for such a significant purchase.
