On October 6, 2025, I tried to purchase the Bumble Boost package through the iOS app. The purchase screen showed a price of $1, but after completing the transaction, $10 was charged to my bank card. There was no indication of any additional fees or higher charges during the process.
I haven’t yet contacted Bumble customer service about this issue. I request that my subscription be canceled and that the extra amount charged be refunded to me. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I kindly ask for my situation to be resolved fairly.
