Bumble Charged Me Again After My Premium Expired Without My Consent

On May 1, 2025, I purchased a one-week Bumble Premium subscription, thinking it would automatically expire after the term ended. Yesterday, I believed the membership had ended—but to my surprise, my card was charged again without any warning.
I’m requesting a full refund, as this charge was unauthorized and completely unexpected. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even able to benefit from the Premium features properly. The app kept showing me profiles from locations far away from my selected region, making the experience frustrating and disappointing.
I hope Bumble’s support team addresses this issue and issues a prompt refund, especially since I feel the service did not deliver on what it promised. Please assist urgently.
