This morning around 7:00 AM, my bank card ending in 7671 was charged ₺300, even though I have never subscribed to Bumble Premium or made any in-app purchase. I did not authorize this payment, and I was not notified in advance of any subscription.
I attempted to reach Bumble customer support, but I could not find a way to contact them, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I have no active subscription in the app, yet the money was still taken from my account.
I am requesting the full refund of the unauthorized ₺300 charge as soon as possible. I also want Bumble to ensure that no further charges are made to my card without my consent.
