Bumble paused my subscription early, how can I recover the lost Premium days or refund?

If Bumble cancelled or paused your subscription prematurely, begin by checking your payment method and billing platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or web).

According to their policy, refunds may be available if requested within the first 14 days of a subscription, depending on region and how you paid.

For subscriptions billed via Apple, you’ll need to go to reportaproblem.apple.com, select the relevant charge, and request a refund.

For Android/Google Play, open the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Bumble → “Request a refund”.

If you paid through card, PayPal or web directly via Bumble, you should contact Bumble Support via the Help Center, including your account email, transaction ID and explanation of the issue.
