How to Contact Bumble for a Refund After an Unwanted Charge

About half an hour ago, I accidentally purchased a one-week subscription on the Bumble app, and I closed my account immediately afterward. A charge of $5 was made to my credit card and already appears on my statement. However, I did not intend to make this purchase, and I closed the app right after.

Before closing my account, I didn’t have the chance to cancel or end the subscription. I tried to contact Bumble customer service, but since it’s in English, I couldn’t understand the process or find a solution.

My Bumble account was registered with the email address z*************@gmail.com**, and I live in Istanbul, Turkey.

I kindly request that this accidental purchase be canceled and that the $5 payment be refunded to me.
