Refund Denied by BudgetAir Despite Cancellation
On February 6, I canceled my round-trip tickets from Pegasus Airlines in light of the unfavorable airport conditions in Turkey. I had already prepaid for the tickets and expected to be refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, when I called to check on the status of my refund, I was informed that it had been deposited into the account of BudgetAir, a third-party company. Despite my request for a full refund, the money has yet to be brought to my attention. The ticket reservation numbers associated with this instance are buk-22755161 and buk-22755243. It has been a week since my cancellation and I am still awaiting a refund that I am rightfully entitled to. I urge Pegasus Airlines and BudgetAir to take the necessary steps to get me my refund as soon as possible.
