I Canceled Pegasus Flights via Booking.com but Haven’t Received My Refund in 15 Days

On May 6, two friends and I booked round-trip flight tickets from Istanbul to Skopje and back through Booking.com, with Pegasus Airlines as the carrier. On the same day, we canceled all three tickets directly through Pegasus. We were told that a refund would be issued, but 15 days have passed and none of us have received any payment back.
The situation has become a complete back-and-forth nightmare. Pegasus tells us to contact Booking.com, and Booking.com sends us back to Pegasus. Meanwhile, no one is taking responsibility, and we can’t reach anyone who will actually handle our case. Even worse, when trying to speak to a support agent via Booking, we’re constantly redirected to English-only channels—we can’t get help in Turkish, our native language.
This is unacceptable. We canceled our tickets properly and are entitled to a refund. I demand that Booking.com and Pegasus coordinate immediately and return the full amount paid. It’s not just about the money anymore—this kind of service is frustrating and unfair. Stop passing the blame and give us what we’re owed.
