Budgetair Fake Booking and Unauthorized Charges

I performed a search for flight tickets from Ankara to Stuttgart using Skyscanner and was redirected to budgetair.com to complete the purchase. Unfortunately, the PNR (S55BXD) sent to my email was incorrect. After reaching out to Turkish Airlines, I found out that the ticket reservation was made under a different PNR (pzxtqf). Even though I didn't buy a ticket, my account was charged 9,053.00 ₺ (nine thousand and fifty-three Turkish lira). We received a PNR that turned out to be fraudulent, resulting in unauthorized withdrawal of funds from our account. This site was redirected to us by Skyscanner. In addition, Budgetair.com does not have any means of communication. We kindly request a refund of our payment.
