eDreams Provided Wrong Flight Details and Ignored My Complaint Before Departure
On July 12, 2025, I experienced a serious issue with my Turkish Airlines Düsseldorf–Antalya flight, which I booked through eDreams. The ticket I received from eDreams included an incorrect flight number and PNR code. I was never informed about any changes in the airline or flight schedule. When I arrived at Düsseldorf Airport on the day of my flight, I discovered that no such flight existed and was unable to check in.
After encountering this issue, I contacted eDreams customer service via live chat on July 11, 2025. I explained that there was no such Turkish Airlines flight and that I couldn’t complete the check-in process. However, I was incorrectly told that there had been no changes and that I could check in at the airport. This information turned out to be false, and I was left stranded at the airport.
As a result, I had to purchase a new ticket from SunExpress for my outbound trip, paying an additional €1,232.81. Including the €2,495.74 I had already paid eDreams for the round-trip ticket, I ended up spending a total of €3,728.55. My reservation number is 22496291548.
I request that eDreams compensate me for this inconvenience and refund the €1,232.81 I had to pay for the replacement ticket due to their error.
