BudgetAir Did Not Refund ₺19,645 After Berlin Car Rental Cancellation
In May, I booked a Group E car from Berlin for July through the BudgetAir website. However, when I arrived in Berlin, due to an error in the reservation, I was unable to pick up the car and had to cancel my booking. I processed the cancellation online on July 1. My reservation reference number is 8851B915. The total payment of ₺19,645.51 had already been charged to my credit card. After canceling, I contacted customer service via email and was informed that the refund would be processed. However, months have passed and no refund has been made to me. I demand that my payment be refunded to my account immediately.
