Budget Air Canceled My Reservation And Did Not Refund My Money

bought a ticket on their platform, but then they went and canceled my reservation out of nowhere. It's been almost a month now, and I still haven't seen a refund. Dealing with their constant delays and evasive tactics is such a nightmare. They said they'd give me my money back in 10 days, but it's been a whole month of them not following through and not caring about keeping their customers happy. It's obvious they're just messing with me, pushing my buttons, and not acting professional at all. what should I do to get it?? get into your banks and get what2s mine back?? Be responsible.
