Budget Did Not Refund My Money After I Returned Car Rental
I rented a 2024 Renault Clio through the Budget app from Antalya Airport between August 1, 2025, and August 8, 2025. I returned the car on August 5, 2025, without any damage or additional charges. However, the total amount of ₺22,504 has still not been refunded to my international Mastercard account. I contacted customer service via email to resolve the issue but received no results. I request that the amount be refunded to my card account as soon as possible.
