Buddy AI Won't Show Membership Expiration Date or Cancellation Option
In approximately February, I purchased a six-month membership on the Buddy AI app for my child to learn English. I paid around $14 by charging it to my phone bill. However, the audio within the app is quite unclear — my child cannot hear what is being said properly, and as a result we are not getting any real value out of the application.
On top of that, I cannot see my membership's expiration date anywhere inside the app, and I cannot find any information on how to cancel it. I am worried that it will auto-renew when the time comes, and I do not want to be charged for another membership.
For these reasons, I am requesting that auto-renewal be stopped if it is currently enabled, that clear cancellation instructions be made visible within the app, and that I receive straightforward communication on this matter. I have already sent an email about this issue but have not received any response, and I am not happy about being left without an answer.
