On August 21, 2025, I purchased a ticket from Brussels Airlines using reservation code 7t55 and paid 647.20 € with my credit card. However, immediately after this confirmed payment, my card was charged three additional times without my knowledge or consent under the references snbru air8223025517**:

This means that on top of the original 647.20 € ticket, I was wrongly charged an extra 647.20 €, effectively doubling my payment. At no point did I receive any notification, explanation, or approval request for these additional charges.
I noticed the issue on August 23, 2025, and since then I have tried to reach customer service but with no success. With my billing cycle closing tomorrow, these unauthorized charges are not only a financial burden but also disrupting my travel and financial planning.
I urgently request that Brussels Airlines immediately refund the duplicate charges (311.10 € + 311.10 € + 25.00 €) and provide an official explanation of how such an error occurred. No customer should have to face unauthorized payments and unresponsive support from a major airline.
