Kent Blue Filter Is Faulty and the Quality Has Dropped

I've been a loyal Kent Blue smoker for over four years, and I can confidently say the product has severely declined in quality over the past month. The most glaring issue is with the filter. Kent Blue is known for its perforated filter design that offers a smoother smoke—but recently, that signature feature is missing. Instead, the cigarettes have a completely sealed filter that blocks airflow entirely.
Not only does this make it extremely hard to smoke, but it also causes me to cough uncontrollably—something that never happened before. The inconsistency in filter quality is alarming. On top of that, I’ve even found what appears to be empty paper inside the filter in one pack, which is unacceptable and raises serious quality control concerns.
It’s extremely disappointing that a brand like British American Tobacco, with such a strong reputation, would allow this level of oversight. I trusted Kent Blue for years, but now I’m left questioning what I’m actually smoking. I demand an immediate investigation into the product line and a resolution. Stop compromising quality—your customers deserve better.
