I Canceled Bright Learn Fast in Under 24 Hours but Can’t Stop Subscription Charges

I downloaded the Bright Learn Fast app thinking I could give it a try, but it turned out not to be what I needed. The content didn’t suit me at all, so I deleted the app in less than 24 hours. I never used the 7-day free trial they advertise. But after reading other users’ complaints, I realized simply deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.

Now I’m extremely concerned that I’ll be charged despite not using the service at all. There is no clear way to cancel, and I can’t find any support contact information within the app.

I’m asking for urgent help: please cancel my subscription immediately and confirm that no charges will be made. Also, provide a clear and accessible way for users to manage or cancel their accounts. This lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating.
