I Can’t Cancel My Bright Learn Fast Trial

I signed up for the 7-day free trial of the Bright Learn Fast app to test it out, but now that my trial period is ending, I’m shocked to find there is absolutely no way to cancel the subscription. There’s no cancellation option in the app, no contact phone number, no clear support channel—nothing! I feel completely trapped in a subscription I no longer want.

This is unacceptable. An app that promises a free trial should also provide users with a simple, transparent, and accessible way to cancel before any charges are made. If money is withdrawn from my account without my consent, I will file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office. This feels like a setup to trick users into paying for something they didn’t agree to continue. I demand the company immediately provide a way to cancel my subscription and guarantee no charges will be made without my explicit approval.
